Michael Roberts, Chairman & CEO

Michael Roberts is a 30+ year veteran of the United States Navy. As a Commander in Naval Intelligence, he was responsible for the direction and supervision of intelligence gathering.

Commander Roberts (Ret) earned a BA degree in Industrial Engineering from North Dakota State University and is a graduate of the Intelligence Collections Managers Course from the Defense Intelligence College in Washington, D.C. In addition, he's completed instruction in Intelligence and Imagery Interpretation at the Fleet Intelligence Training Centers.

Responsible for the Imagery Team, he served as Exploitation Branch Chief from 1999-2001. Commander Roberts held TS/SCI Clearance (Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information) and Navy Billet of Operational Intelligence Officer. He's received several commendations for his services to the United States and remains an active member of the Naval Reserve Association. Commander Roberts has completed tours of duty in Washington D.C., Philippines, Japan and Vietnam. His operational experience and analytical expertise are valued among clients and peers across the globe.

Danny Kopp, President & Managing Director

Danny Kopp is a security professional with over 15 years of industry experience. Danny has an extensive background in managing the protection of hospitality and tourism environments. He's provided security leadership for Starwood, Destination Hotels & Resorts and the Hyatt Corporation. Danny is a member of the Overseas Security Advisory Council (OSAC) and InfraGard. He currently serves on the Board for the San Diego Chapter of ASIS International.

Danny has coordinated protective details alongside a number of agencies to include the United States Secret Service, Federal Bureau of Investigations, Bureau of Diplomatic Security and California Highway Patrol- Dignitary Protection Unit.

Danny has served as Disaster Services Specialist with the San Diego County Sheriff's Department and is a trained Emergency Medical Technician (EMT). He holds an active CCW permit in the State of California and has provided consultation on the protection of CEOs and political figures, hotels and resorts, places of worship and residential estates

Danny is well versed in creating training programs and procedures that manage risks facing some of today's most successful corporations. He's been featured in industry publications and received several commendations to include the U.S. Department of Justice, the San Diego Chief of Police and the U.S. Department of Commerce.

Damien Olmeda, Director of Executive Protection

Damien Olmeda is alumni of several well respected institutions including R.L. Oatman and Associates and the International Training Group (ITG). Graduates of these schools can be found mitigating risks for dignitaries, heads of state, sports figures and celebrities. He has extensive experience coordinating the protection of VIP’s during their stays away from home while away on business or leisure.

Mr. Olmeda has worked directly for the President of the United States in the White House as an Advance Staffer. His responsibilities included Advancing the President’s visits during campaigns and government business. He has also had the opportunity to serve the First Lady and Vice President in a variety of capacities.

Mr. Olmeda's experience includes the protection of Forbes high-net worth, Forbes top 10 clients and their respective families. He has obtained a reputation of discretion and extreme attention to detail. He holds contacts throughout the world and is well versed in domestic and international protection.
